Marinated Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into bite-size pieces 
2Fuyu persimmons, seeded and sliced 
3kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices 
1crisp green apple, cored and cut into bite-size pieces 
1cup  red, green or black seedless grapes 
3/4cup  pineapple-orange-banana juice or orange juice 
1/2cup  orange marmalade 
2tsp.  peeled grated gingerroot 
2bananas 

Directions

In large serving bowl combine pineapple, persimmons, kiwifruit, apple and grapes.
In small bowl, stir together juice, marmalade and ginger. Pour over fruit in bowl.
Toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours. Just before serving, slice bananas. Gently toss together.
