To prepare marinade, blend all ingredients except beef in small bowl.
Place beef and marinade mixture in resealable plastic bag. Turn meat to coat; seal. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Heat grill to medium-high direct heat. Place beef on grill. Grill covered 5 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand loosely covered 5 minutes before slicing. Cut across grain into thin strips to serve.
