Shape salmon, seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, garlic and parsley firmly into 3 patties (scant 1/2 inch thick).
Spray medium nonstick skillet with nonstick olive oil or regular cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Add patties; cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until browned and set. Serve with Lemon Dipping Sauce, coleslaw or tossed salad, if desired.
