To prepare lemon caper sauce, place mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, lemon peel and capers in container of food processor. Cover; blend well. Cover and chill until serving time.
Steam lobsters in 1 inch of boiling water with salt and lemon halves in large kettle or Dutch oven 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
Remove meat from lobster shell, tail and claws. Serve with reserved lemon caper sauce.
