Hot Chicken-Cheese Dip

Hot Chicken-Cheese Dip

Ingredients

1/4lb.  smoked chicken salad (1/2 cup) 
2oz.  sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 cup) 
1/4cup  finely chopped celery 
2tbsp.  mayonnaise 
1small green onion, sliced 
Assorted fresh vegetable dippers, such as carrot sticks, celery sticks and bell pepper slices (optional) 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat large ovenproof dish or small pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In bowl, stir together chicken salad, cheese, chopped celery, mayonnaise and green onion; mix well.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and golden brown.
Serve immediately with fresh vegetable dippers, if desired.
