Peel, quarter and core apples. Cut each quarter into three slices.
In a large saucepan combine apples, cranberries, 1/2 cup water, sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and cook covered until apples are tender, about 10 minutes.
Uncover; stir in honey and simmer 10 minutes more. Remove cinnamon stick, if using. Serve warm or chilled with roasted turkey.
