Herbed Asparagus Grill

Ingredients

3tbsp.  melted butter or margarine 
1tbsp.  olive oil 
2 to 3tsp.  chopped fresh tarragon or marjoram (or 1/2 tsp. dried) 
1/2tsp.  garlic pepper 
1/8tsp.  onion salt 
1lb.  fresh asparagus, trimmed 
Shaved Parmesan cheese (optional) 

Directions

Blend butter, olive oil, tarragon, garlic pepper and onion salt in small bowl. Place asparagus in shallow bowl and drizzle with butter mixture. Toss gently; set aside.
Heat grill to medium direct heat. Place asparagus crosswise on grill. Grill, covered, 5 to 9 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning once.
Serve topped with shaved Parmesan cheese, if desired.
