Healthy Broccoli Medley

Ingredients

1tbsp.  olive oil 
1clove garlic, minced 
1 1/4lb.  broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces (5 cups) 
1/2red bell pepper, cut in thin strips 
1/2yellow bell pepper, cut in thin strips 
2tbsp.  soy sauce 

Directions

Heat olive oil and garlic in wok or skillet.
Add broccoli and stir-fry 1 minute.
Add peppers and continue to stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
