Grilled Vegetable and Hummus Pockets

Ingredients

5zucchini, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices 
1red onion, sliced crosswise into 1/2-inch slices 
1large tomato, sliced crosswise into 1/2-inch slices 
1red bell pepper, seeded and quartered 
2tbsp.  olive oil 
1/4tsp.  oregano 
1/8tsp.  salt 
1/8tsp.  pepper 
4pita bread pockets 
18-oz.  pkg. hummus 

Directions

Combine zucchini, onion, tomato, and bell pepper in medium bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Grill vegetables on lightly greased grill rack over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile, spread inside of pita pockets with hummus. Divide cooked vegetables equally among pita pockets.
