Whisk together garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, vinegar, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and basil in small bowl; set aside.
Grill, covered with grill lid, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Pour sun-dried tomato marinade over fish and serve immediately.
