Grilled Tuscan Salmon

Ingredients

1 1/4lb.  salmon fillets 
1/4tsp.  salt 
1/4 to 1/2tsp.  crushed red pepper flakes 
3tbsp.  olive oil, divided 
2cloves garlic, minced 
1/4cup  chopped sun-dried tomatoes 
1/4cup  white wine vinegar 
2tbsp.  chopped fresh basil 

Directions

Sprinkle salmon with salt and red pepper flakes; drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. Preheat grill to medium; coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, vinegar, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and basil in small bowl; set aside.
Grill, covered with grill lid, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Pour sun-dried tomato marinade over fish and serve immediately.
