Grilled Steak de Burgo

Ingredients

2tsp.  chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil 
4tsp.  olive oil 
2cloves garlic, chopped 
21-lb.  beef T-bone steaks, cut 1 inch thick 
Freshly ground black pepper (optional) 

Directions

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium. In small bowl stir together basil, olive oil and garlic. Rub over both sides of steaks. Season steaks with pepper, if desired.
Grill directly 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare or 14 to 16 minutes for medium, turning once.
