For Dill Sauce combine sour cream, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; set aside.
Season salmon with salt and pepper, if desired; brush with olive oil. Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium. Grill salmon, covered with grill lid, 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Cut into thin slices.
Serve salmon on bread slices with 1 slice bacon, lettuce, tomato and dill sauce.
