Grilled Salmon Sandwiches with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

Dill Sauce: 
1/2cup  sour cream 
1/4cup  chopped fresh dill 
2cloves garlic, minced 
1/4tsp.  salt 
1/4tsp.  pepper 
Sandwiches: 
46-oz.  salmon steaks 
1/4tsp.  salt (optional) 
1/4tsp.  freshly ground pepper (optional) 
2tbsp.  olive oil 
8slices French or sourdough bread 
4bacon slices, cooked 
1cup  shredded lettuce 
1large tomato, sliced 

Directions

For Dill Sauce combine sour cream, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; set aside.
Season salmon with salt and pepper, if desired; brush with olive oil. Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium. Grill salmon, covered with grill lid, 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Cut into thin slices.
Serve salmon on bread slices with 1 slice bacon, lettuce, tomato and dill sauce.
