Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium direct heat. Meanwhile, rinse potatoes and place in large pot. Cover with water and bring to boiling until just tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges. Place potatoes in large bowl. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with remaining ingredients; toss to coat evenly.
Place potatoes on grill. Grill covered 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, turning once or twice.
