Grilled Orange Vinaigrette Radicchio |  |
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup
orange juice
| | 1/4 | cup
orange marmalade
| | 2 | tbsp.
olive oil
| | 1 | tbsp.
white wine vinegar
| | 1 | clove garlic, minced
| | 1/4 | tsp.
salt
| | 1/4 | tsp.
pepper
| | 2 | radicchio heads, separated into leaves

Directions
 | For vinaigrette whisk together orange juice, marmalade, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper until blended. Chill 1/4 cup of the vinaigrette. Toss remaining vinaigrette over radicchio. Let stand 15 minutes; drain. |  | Grill radicchio, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 1 minute on each side or until crisp-tender. Toss with reserved chilled vinaigrette and serve immediately. |
