Combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, seafood seasoning, lemon peel, lemon juice and egg in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Grill crab burgers on grill rack coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until done. Serve on buns with slaw and tartar sauce, if desired.
