Directions
Place corn in large baking dish or pan. Cover with lukewarm water; let stand 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium direct heat. Meanwhile, blend butter, chile, adobo sauce and cilantro in small bowl. Set aside in cool place.
Remove corn from water; drain. Place corn on grill. Grill, covered, 15 to 25 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
Remove corn from grill. Cool slightly. Remove husk and silk.** Serve with chipotle butter; salt and pepper to taste.
**Peel husk back to last layer. With hot pad or paper towels, hold cob by base while grasping silk with other hand. Pull silk to remove from corn. Remove remaining husk.
