pepper Jack cheese, cut in thin slices

small apple, cored and thinly sliced
4
slices Canadian bacon

Directions
Cover 2 bread slices with cheese. Arrange apple slices over cheese. Arrange bacon over apple slices. Cover with remaining bread slices.
Melt butter in medium skillet. Add sandwiches. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until bread is golden brown and cheese melts. Press sandwiches down with spatula while cooking. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half to serve.
