Grilled Broccoli Spears

Ingredients

1medium bunch broccoli 
3tbsp.  melted butter 
1tbsp.  vegetable oil 
2tbsp.  dry Italian salad dressing mix 

Directions

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high direct heat. Trim and discard tough ends from broccoli; cut broccoli from flower to stem end into 6 to 8 large stalks. Place in single layer in microwave-safe baking dish with 3 tablespoons water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH power 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli brightens. Drain, pat dry and return broccoli to dish.
Blend butter and vegetable oil in small bowl. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with dressing mix and toss to coat evenly.
Place broccoli on grill. Grill, covered, 4 to 7 minutes or until lightly charred and tender, turning once.
