Greek-Style Crab Salad

Greek-Style Crab Salad

Ingredients

2cups  chopped celery 
1lb.  imitation crabmeat chunks*, broken up 
1cup  mayonnaise or reduced-fat mayonnaise 
1cup  finely chopped onion 
1/2cup  crumbled feta cheese 
12 1/4 oz.  can  sliced pitted ripe olives, drained 
2tbsp.  lemon juice 
2tsp.  fresh chopped oregano 
1tsp.  ground black pepper 

Directions

In large bowl toss together celery, crabmeat, mayonnaise, onion, cheese, olives, lemon juice and oregano. Season with pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
*Note: Persons with a shellfish allergy may be allergic to imitation crabmeat.
