Glazed Orange Chicken Wings

Glazed Orange Chicken Wings

Ingredients

1/2cup  chili sauce 
1/4cup  orange marmalade 
2tbsp.  cider vinegar 
1tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce 
1/2tsp.  seasoned salt 
3cloves garlic, minced 
2green onions, finely chopped 
3tbsp.  finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional) 
2large chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped (optional) 
2 1/2lb.  chicken wing drummettes or 3 1/4 lb. chicken wings** 

Directions

In small bowl, combine chili sauce, marmalade, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt, garlic, green onions, cilantro, if desired, and chipotle peppers, if desired. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or large bowl. Add chili sauce mixture to wings, tossing to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours to marinate.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread wings in single layer in 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until wings are tender, browned and cooked through.

**If using chicken wings, separate each wing into 3 sections at joints, discarding wing tips.
