Endive Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1/4cup  olive oil 
1/3cup  fresh lemon juice 
4heads Belgian endive 
2cups  coarsely chopped grilled chicken 
1tomato, sliced 
1/2cup  chopped walnuts, toasted 

Directions

Whisk together oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste in small bowl. Set aside.
Tear endive leaves and place on serving platter. Arrange chicken pieces on leaves; top with tomato and walnuts. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
