In medium bowl blend juice, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Add ground beef and onion, combining thoroughly. Press firmly into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Bake about 1 hour until done (top is lightly browned and center is 170°F). If desired, drizzle with additional 2 tablespoons juice during last 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
