Daikon Stir-Fry

Ingredients

3/4cup  chicken broth 
2tbsp.  low-sodium soy sauce 
2tbsp.  oyster sauce 
1tbsp.  cornstarch 
1/2tsp.  sugar 
1tbsp.  vegetable oil 
1daikon, sliced into thin strips 
3cups  broccoli florets 
2cloves garlic, minced 

Directions

In small bowl, stir together chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and sugar.
Heat large skillet, pan or wok over medium-high heat until hot; add oil.
Add daikon and broccoli and stir-fry in hot oil until crisp-tender.
Add sauce mixture and garlic. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
