Croissants Stuffed with Roast Beef

Ingredients

1/4cup  Creole mustard 
1/4tsp.  poppy seeds 
6croissants, split 
1lb.  thinly sliced deli roast beef 
6slices deli Swiss cheese 
Pickle chips (optional) 

Directions

Stir together mustard and poppy seeds; spread on cut sides of croissants.
Top bottom halves evenly with roast beef and cheese slices. Cover with remaining croissant halves. Place sandwiches on baking sheet.
Bake at 325°F 12 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with pickle chips, if desired.
