Directions
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, 1/8 teaspoon of the Creole seasoning, sugar and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
Combine crabmeat, tomatoes, cucumber and remaining 1/8 teaspoon Creole seasoning in large serving bowl. Toss with mayonnaise mixture. Divide mixed greens on salad plates and top with crabmeat mixture. Garnish, if desired.
