Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl shred imitation crabmeat. Stir in mayonnaise, onion, parsley and pepper. Stir in cheese.
Spoon into shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
