Creamed Ham Biscuit

Creamed Ham Biscuit

Ingredients

16-oz.  pkg. sliced mushrooms 
2tbsp.  butter or margarine 
3/4cup  sliced green onions 
210 1/2-oz.  cans cream of mushroom soup 
110-oz.  pkg. frozen peas 
12frozen or refrigerated cheddar garlic biscuits, baked 
1/2lb.  thinly sliced deli Black Forest ham 

Directions

In saucepan, brown mushrooms in butter over medium heat. Add green onions and cook several minutes until onions are soft. Stir in soup and peas. Bring to boiling, stirring; reduce heat and simmer several minutes until peas are tender.
Split biscuits and arrange ham on bottoms of biscuits. Spoon sauce over ham and cover with tops of biscuits. Serve immediately.
