Cream Cheese & Fresh Fruit Tart

Ingredients

118-oz.  roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough 
18-oz.  pkg. cream cheese, softened 
1/4cup  sugar 
18-oz.  container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed 
115 1/4-oz.  can pineapple chunks in their own juice, drained 
115-oz.  can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained 
1kiwifruit, peeled and sliced 
3/4cup  sliced fresh strawberries 
3/4cup  fresh blueberries 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Press cookie dough onto bottom and up sides of an 11-inch tart pan with removable bottom or 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.
In mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping until combined. Spread in baked tart shell. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours.
To serve, arrange pineapple, oranges, kiwifruit and berries over cheese layer. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 3 hours. Cut into wedges to serve.
