Crab Salad Bites

Ingredients

3/4cup  imitation crab salad* 
2tbsp.  finely chopped celery 
1tbsp.  finely chopped red bell pepper 
1green onion, sliced 
Dash ground red pepper or cayenne 
1whole-grain or sun-dried tomato flat-bread wrap 

Directions

Combine imitation crab salad, celery, bell pepper, onion and ground red pepper in small bowl; mix well.
Spread wrap evenly with imitation crab salad mixture. Starting with long side of wrap, roll firmly to enclose filling.
Cut into 12 (3/4-inch) pieces.
Note: Persons with a shellfish allergy may be allergic to imitation crabmeat.
