Crunchy Broccoli Slaw

Chrunchy Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

13-oz.  pkg. chicken-flavor ramen noodles 
116-oz.  pkg. broccoli slaw mix 
2cups  sliced green onions (about 2 bunches) 
1 1/2cups  broccoli florets 
16-oz.  can ripe olives, drained and halved lengthwise 
1cup  sunflower kernels, toasted 
1/2cup  slivered almonds, toasted 
1/2cup  sugar 
1/2cup  cider vinegar 
1/2cup  olive oil 

Directions

Set aside noodle seasoning packet; crush noodles and place in large bowl. Add slaw mix, onions, broccoli, olives, sunflower kernels and almonds.
In small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, oil and contents of seasoning packet; mix well.
Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
