fresh or frozen lightly sweetened red raspberries

semisweet chocolate morsels (6 oz.)
Streusel Topping: 1/4 cup butter blended with1/3 cup chopped almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.
Add milk, butter, egg, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combine.
Beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of the raspberries, half of the morsels and half of the Streusel Topping. Repeat layers.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or cool in pan on a wire rack. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint, if desired.
