Chicken Alfredo on Baguette Rounds

Ingredients

1/4cup  bottled Alfredo sauce 
1/8tsp.  coarse black pepper 
2tsp.  chopped fresh parsley 
8slices French bread, 1 inch thick 
1/4cup  refrigerated fried chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces 
1tbsp.  shredded Parmesan cheese 
2tbsp.  red bell pepper, diced 
Additional chopped fresh parsley (optional) 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pour Alfredo sauce into bowl; stir in black pepper and parsley; set aside.
Place bread slices on baking sheet. Spread about 1 teaspoon of Alfredo mixture on each slice of bread. Top each with 1 chicken piece.
Place in oven and heat 10 minutes or until chicken and bread are hot.
Remove from oven and quickly sprinkle each slice with Parmesan cheese, red bell pepper and chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
