Caramel Apple Bread Pudding |  |
Ingredients
| 1 | 16-oz.
day-old loaf French bread, cubed
| | 2 | 12-oz.
cans evaporated milk
| | 3/4 | cup
water
| | 4 | eggs, lightly beaten
| | 2 | large apples, peeled, cored and chopped
| | 1 | cup
raisins
| | 1 1/2 | cups
sugar
| | 4 | tbsp.
vanilla extract
| | 2 | tbsp.
butter or margarine, melted
| | 3/4 | cup
chopped pecans (optional)
| | 1 | tsp.
ground cinnamon
| | Bottled caramel sauce (optional)

Directions
 | Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish; set aside. |  | Stir together bread cubes, evaporated milk and 3/4 cup water in large bowl; stir in eggs, blending well. Stir in apples, raisins, sugar, vanilla and butter, blending well. Stir in pecans, if desired. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. |  | Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until set. To serve, drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired. |
