Beefy Cheese Quesadillas |  |
Ingredients
| 1 | large onion, thinly sliced
| | 2 | tbsp.
butter
| | 1/4 | tsp.
garlic powder
| | 3/4 | lb.
thinly sliced Cheddar cheese
| | 6 | 8-oz.
flour tortillas
| | 3/4 | lb.
thinly sliced deli roast beef

Directions
 | Preheat oven to 300°F. In large skillet melt butter over medium-low heat; add onion and cook about 15 minutes or until onion starts to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic powder. Remove from skillet. |  | Arrange half of the cheese on one side of each tortilla. Top with roast beef, onion mixture and remaining cheese. Fold tortillas in half, pressing gently. |  | In same skillet cook quesadillas, two at a time, over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Remove from skillet. Place on a baking sheet; keep warm in oven while cooking remaining quesadillas. Cut into wedges to serve. |
