Beef and Olive Appetizer

Ingredients

66x3 1/2x1/8 inch  slices deli beef (6 to 7 oz.) 
1/3cup  cucumber-dill spreadable cheese or flavored hummus 
36pitted kalamata or ripe olives 
36stuffed green olives 
Wooden picks 

Directions

Pat meat slices dry with paper towel. Spread each slice of beef with about 1 tablespoon cheese spread. Starting with long side, roll up each slice jelly roll-style to enclose dip. Set aside with seam side down.
Cut each meat roll-up into 6 pinwheels. Secure seam of each with toothpick.
Thread 1 ripe olive and 1 green olive on opposite ends of each wooden pick.
