Directions
Pat meat slices dry with paper towel. Spread each slice of beef with about 1 tablespoon cheese spread. Starting with long side, roll up each slice jelly roll-style to enclose dip. Set aside with seam side down.
Cut each meat roll-up into 6 pinwheels. Secure seam of each with toothpick.
Thread 1 ripe olive and 1 green olive on opposite ends of each wooden pick.
