Bean Salsa and Southwest Corn

Ingredients

115-oz.  can black beans, rinsed and drained 
18 3/4-oz.  can whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained 
1/2cup  sliced green onions 
14-oz.  can diced green chile peppers, drained 
2tbsp.  lime juice 
2tbsp.  olive oil 
1tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro 
1/4tsp.  garlic salt 
1/8tsp.  ground red pepper or cayenne 

Directions

In medium bowl stir together beans, corn, onions, chile peppers, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
Cover and chill for 1 to 12 hours. Serve cold over fish, in tacos or with tortilla chips.
