Baked Spiced Apples

Ingredients

2tbsp.  dark brown sugar 
1/2tsp.  apple pie spice 
1/4tsp.  salt 
4Cameo apples, cored and halved 
2tbsp.  chopped pecans 
Nonfat vanilla yogurt or no-sugar-added, fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt (optional) 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine brown sugar, apple pie spice, and salt; sprinkle evenly over cut sides of apples.
Place apples on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle evenly with pecans; bake 5 minutes more or until pecans are toasted. Serve with yogurt, if desired.
