Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place pears, cut side down, in baking dish. Sprinkle macaroon crumbs evenly over pears. Drizzle with maple syrup. Dot with butter.
Bake, covered with aluminum foil, 20 minutes. Remove cover; bake 10 minutes more or until macaroons are golden brown and pears are tender.
