tomatoes, sliced

red onion, sliced into thin rings
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
3/4
cup
shredded provolone cheese
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high. Place bread slices on grill and toast on one side 30 seconds or until grill marks appear.
Remove bread and spread 2 tablespoons cheese on grilled side of bread. Top with tomato slices, onion and avocado. Top with sprouts and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Return prepared bread slices to grill and place over indirect heat (to the outside rim of grill). Cover grill and heat 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
