Cocoa Pudding Cake

Cocoa Pudding Cake

Ingredients


1cup  all-purpose flour 
1/2cup  granulated sugar 
1/4cup  unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 1/2tsp.  baking powder 
1/4tsp.  salt 
3/4cup  reduced fat (2%) milk 
2tbsp.  Fleischmann's® Original Margarine-stick, melted 
1tsp.  vanilla extract 
3packets (1 oz each)  Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix  
1 1/2cups  boiling water 
8servings  Reddi-wip® Original Whipped Light Cream  
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl. Add milk, Fleischmann’s and vanilla; mix until blended and smooth.
  2. Spoon batter into ungreased 9x9-inch baking pan. Place cocoa mix in medium bowl. Add boiling water; mix well. Pour evenly over batter. Bake 30 minutes, or until top is firm to the touch.
  3. Cool cake 10 minutes. Serve warm with Reddi-wip.
