Ingredients
| 4 | tbsp.
Promise® Buttery Spread, divided
| | 1-1/2 | tsp.
Lawry's® Garlic Powder With Parsley
| | 1 | loaf
(16-in.) seeded whole wheat baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
| | 1 | small
onion, finely chopped
| | 1 | large
zucchini, diced
| | 1 | medium
tomato, diced
| | 1/4 | tsp.
salt
| | 2 | tbsp.
grated Parmesan cheese
| | 2 | tbsp.
loosely packed fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

Directions- Preheat oven to 350°. In small microwave-safe bowl or glass measuring cup microwave 3 tablespoons Promise® Buttery Spread and garlic powder at HIGH 20 seconds or until melted. Evenly brush onto one side of each bread slice. On baking sheet arrange bread slices. Bake 7 minutes or until toasted; set aside.
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet melt remaining 1 tablespoon spread over medium-high heat and cook onion and zucchini, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in tomato and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tomatoes are tender. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and basil.
- To serve evenly top each bread slice with 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture.
