Ingredients
| 1/3 | cup
firmly packed light brown sugar
| | 1/4 | cup
light corn syrup
| | 1/4 | cup
heavy or whipping cream
| | 3 | tbsp.
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
| | 1/3 | cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
| | 1/2 | tsp.
instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water (optional)
| | 1 | cup
Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
| | 1 | cup
Breyers® All Natural Chocolate Ice Cream
| | Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
| | Cookies (optional)

Directions- In 2-quart saucepan bring brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and Spread to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook, without stirring, 6 minutes; remove from heat. With wire whisk, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in coffee mixture; cool slightly.
- To serve in bottom of four wide-mouthed Champagne or martini glasses spoon 2 tablespoons sauce . Evenly top with scoops of Breyers® All Natural Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream. Drizzle with additional sauce, then garnish with whipped cream and cookies.
