Turkey, Avocado and Muenster Melt |

Ingredients
| 1/2 | firm ripe avocado
| | 2 | tbsp.
butter, softened
| | 4 | slices pumpernickel bread
| | 1 | tbsp.
Dijon mustard
| | 1/4 | lb.
sliced deli Muenster cheese
| | 1/3 | lb.
sliced deli smoked turkey

Directions- Peel, pit and thinly slice avocado. Spread butter on 1 side of each bread slice. Spread mustard on other side of 2 bread slices.
- On top of mustard arrange avocado, cheese and turkey. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Heat heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until toasted and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes per side.
