Sun-dried Tomato and Veggie Dip

Ingredients


1/2cup  mayonnaise 
1/2cup  sour cream 
18-oz.  pkg. cream cheese 
3tbsp.  sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained 
2tbsp.  bottled roasted bell peppers 
1/2tsp.  hot sauce 
3/4tsp.  kosher salt 
1/2tsp.  freshly ground black pepper 
2tbsp.  chopped green onion 
Assorted baby vegetables 
Chips or crackers 
Additional chopped green onion (optional) 
 

Directions

  1. In food processor or blender bowl, process mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, dried tomatoes, bell peppers, hot sauce, salt and pepper until smooth. Add green onion; process again.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped green onions, if desired. Serve with assorted baby vegetables, chips or crackers.
