Steak Salad with Blue Cheese

Ingredients


1tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce 
1 1/2lb.  top round steak 
1tsp.  freshly ground pepper 
116-oz.  pkg. romaine lettuce hearts, coarsely chopped 
1ripened avocado, cubed 
18-oz.  pkg. cherry tomatoes, halved, or grape tomatoes 
1/24-oz.  pkg. crumbled blue cheese 
18-oz.  bottle vinaigrette salad dressing 
 

Directions

  1. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over steak; sprinkle with pepper. Place in large resealable plastic bag and seal. Chill 2 hours.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Cut steak into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  3. Arrange lettuce, avocado and tomatoes on platter. Arrange steak slices over vegetables. Serve salad topped with cheese and drizzled with vinaigrette
