Simple Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients


3cups  medium noodles (4 oz.) 
1cup  broccoli florets, peas, or sliced carrots 
1(10 3/4-oz.) can  condensed cream of mushroom soup 
3/4cup  milk 
2tsp.  prepared mustard 
2(6-oz.) cans  water-packed tuna, drained 
1cup  sliced celery 
1/4cup  crushed potato chips 
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions until just tender, adding broccoli last 2 minutes of cooking time; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine soup, milk and mustard until smooth. Gently stir in tuna and celery. Transfer to 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with crushed chips.
  4. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until bubbly in center.
