Simple Citrus Scallops |

Ingredients
| 1 | tsp.
grated orange peel
| | 1/2 | cup
orange juice
| | 1 | tsp.
grated gingerroot
| | 2 | tbsp.
soy sauce
| | 1 | clove garlic, minced
| | 1 | lb.
sea scallops

Directions- Stir together peel, juice, ginger, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over scallops. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Drain scallops. Thread onto 4 wooden skewers.**
- Grill 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Turn and cook 2 to 2 1/2 minutes longer.
