Pork Tenderloin with Orange-Cranberry Sauce |

Ingredients
| 2 | 1-lb.
pork tenderloins
| | 1 | tsp.
garlic pepper
| | 3/4 | tsp.
dried thyme
| | 1 | cup
whole-berry cranberry sauce
| | 1/3 | cup
orange marmalade
| | 4 | tsp.
cider vinegar
| | 1 | large green onion, thinly sliced
| | 1 1/2 | tsp.
grated orange peel
| | 1/4 | tsp.
salt
| | 1 | tbsp.
chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions- Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim excess fat from tenderloins. Sprinkle garlic pepper and thyme evenly over tenderloins. Place on broiler rack in broiler pan or in shallow baking pan. Roast 25 to 35 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160°F. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, blend cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, vinegar, green onion, orange peel, salt and cilantro, if desired. Set aside. Cut pork into thin diagonal slices; serve with cranberry mixture.
