Pecan, Cheddar and Salami Roll

Ingredients


1/3cup  chopped pecans 
6oz.  deli Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups) 
1/28-oz.  pkg. cream cheese, softened 
1tsp.  Dijon-style mustard 
3oz.  deli salami, finely chopped (1/2 cup) 
1/4cup  sliced green onions 
Assorted crackers 
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake pecans in shallow pan 5 to 7 minutes or until toasted. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and mustard. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in salami and onions. Shape into 8-inch long log. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
