Organic Mixed Berry Smoothie |

Ingredients
| 4 | cups
fresh or frozen organic mixed berries
| | 2 | tsp.
light brown sugar (more to taste, if desired)
| | 1 | (6-oz.)
container organic lowfat vanilla yogurt
| | 1 | cup
plain lowfat kefir
| | 1/3 to 1 | cup
cranberry juice
| | Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Directions- Place frozen berries and sugar in blender; cover. Process to make a thick purée, scraping down sides of blender if necessary.
- Add yogurt and kefir; blend 1 minute more. Add juice as needed for desired consistency. Serve smoothie in parfait glasses, garnished with mint sprigs, if desired.
